i am syncing the first time with this character to make a profile for him and it shows up by name on the app name level guild class place etc but doesnt sync and will not create a profile

Hi daladar,
Could you please post your Magelo Sync log ? You can get it by clicking CTRL + SHIFT + L when the focus in on Magelo Sync. It should point us what is going on.
