I've recently synced my profile (572367) and now I get the following:

System error
Whoops ! An error occurred while you were browsing this page.
If it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help.


Resyncing does not appear to help.

Posting here too since I have not received a response anywhere (here or on the support ticket I opened).

My account was paid on 5/26 - please just cancel my account and refund my money, as I am not getting any paid service at this time. This is too long to go without so much as a 'we're looking into it'. Just give me a refund and we'll be done with it.

I am answered you on the ticket. Iam sorry it took so long to get back to you on this issue. Your profile has been fixed and I have granted you 5 extra days on your premium subscription to compensate for the time lost.

Same here, I try opening my character profile (premium) from sync or my characters page (freshly synced) and i get system error with a dwarf holding up a broken cat5 cable

I think it's the addition of Ethereal Mist plate armor to my Cleric, they are broken armor from the broken mirror from daybroke games daybroke it alright
