Hello.

Seems any profiles that have been sync'd today aren't viewable. I get an error screen and it refers me to the forums.

Other profiles that haven't been sync'd today are just fine.

Please investigate ASAP.

Same issue...synced my rogue and when I viewed the profile it had the correct stats but no inventory was visible. Went to privacy settings and clicked to make inventory visible and when I went to view the profile it gave this error.

If it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.

If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help.

Other characters that weren't synced also gave the error but some did not.

I deleted all of my characters and resynced my rogue but same issue.

Can we get a status update, Jelan? Has been 2 days and we aren't paying for not being able to use the service. I understand when DB patches the client, however, this is not the case here, this is a magelo problem and I expect it to be resolved faster than this as it's causing a major hassle for me.

Looking for a status or even an acknowledgement of the problem, Jelan.

I'll be looking for an adjustment to my premium membership expiration date to compensate for these days without being able to use it.

I have tried sync'ing with different gear and although it says it updated, my info stays the same on the rankings – and I cannot open my character's page.

Even a character I last updated in 2010, six years ago, is getting the WHOOPS! error. I hope this is a top priority for you guys.

I can sinc ok but when I view the rankings my character just doesn't show up? I have made sure my privacy setting is ok. What gives,

Hi guys,

Sorry for the late feedback on this matter. The issue seems to have been resolved by itself somehow.. I have granted 4 extra days to all our premium users.
