Currently there is something going on, which causes the Magelo Update program to corrupt an item slot on a character profile. Once a profile has become corrupted this way, you get the infamous "system error" message when trying to access it.

Jelan is aware of this and is trying to pinpoint the reason for it. If you have any information that could help us pinpoint this, it would be greatly appreciated. It is likely to be a few pieces of equipment that are not handled properly by Magelo Update, so getting pointed to those items would be a great boon.

My profile became corrupted immediately after it was updated. A Castrum Light Mace in my primary did not show on my first attempt at my link and the second time I received the system error message.

I solved my problem with the system error, I had a weapon from TBS (Castrum Swift Sword) in my inventory when I updated and I got the system error when I tried to view my magelo, so I sold the weapon back to the merchant and re-updated and everything works now

Mine became corrupted as soon as I updated after buying Citizen's Energian Leather Tunic. My other 2 TBS slots work fine.

Mine goes to system error everytime I try to update with the Pristine Energeiac Plate Bracer on. Once I take that off, it seems to work okay

I am pretty sure at this point that TBS items are handled differently than other items and Magelo Update does not currently read those TBS items accurently, ending with a corrupted profile and a system error. I am working on it and hopefully a patch should appear pretty soon.

I have 4 characters synced with full praetorian armour, 2 with shields and caster primary items. Everything has been working fine for me.

I do not have TBS expansion and therefore have no TBS items, however I still received the system error when I attempted to replace my Breastplate of Superior Divinity with Cuirass of the Fallen Saint. (Note this is being done manually, not with sync from game).

My toon Marcis had profile go bad when I updated with him having transparent elemental orb, Jenia which doesn't have any TBS gear was just updated and has no problems

Corrupt now after equipping Flickering Cloak of Embers and updating tonight. Is not in database that I see.

The Flickering Cloak of Embers is in our database. It entered it on nov. 4th last year, last verified on feb 28th this year.

This issue is fixed with Magelo Update 3.0.21

Still getting a system error when updating my profile manualy. I go to change my gear, once I do a search for the upgrade I get the error.
