I checked your account, and everything works fine on my computer...
Can you please keep me posted and let me know if you still have issues ?

Thanks.

I'm getting system error also, but only on Items. No error number or description, just a blank page with System Error at the top. Everything else is working fine.

The "Items" section right ? I already spotted the bug and the fix will be live very soon.

Same here. Wont work from desktop or here. I use Magelo update about 4-5 times a year and it has worked for me once in the last year. A premium user.

I get server error when launch from desktop, and tried to launch from magelo home page, and got an application error:

Oh... and all this about Java (I'm ok there), Admin rights (I don't remember password - heh) etc. If all this has to be done over and over it's really not worth the $24 bucks when it takes more time to keep up with all the magelo changes than it does to just update manually.

I'm sure if I was an 'expert' I'd be hacking into magelo to get it free anyway. For $24 (no it's not that much) I'm expecting magelo to be easy to use. It once was. All these frills and special effects look nice but are really not needed. It was nice when it just worked for what it was needed for.
