Sounds like a browser issue to me. Under IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options, click the Advanced tab and scroll down to the HTTP 1.1 settings. Make sure they're checkmarked and try again.
Also, we no longer support EQRankings, so using that site may give unexpected results.
