Magelo Update has been patched to include a new valid certificate (v 4.0.8) and the everquest module has been patched to work with the latest EverQuest (v 1.0.9).
As always, you just have to run it to get the updates.

it is showing me as having 14 aa less than what I have, yes innate intellegence is missing and that is 15, so I should be showing 15 less than what I have. So it is actually giving me 1 aa that I dont have. I only need 21 more aa to max so it was easy to check. My magelo is showing I need exactly what I say I need but still there is 1 aa attributed to me that I dont have.

I have 992 aa but only 989 show up in leaderboard section...
so my profile is accurate but the ranking is not...

Vaddar, if the java version changed in the update then Magelo Update may be in the wrong place now. Remember that Magelo Update runs in Java's cache, not in the normal Program Files space. So with every java version change you should consider doing basically the following procedure right off the bat:
- Uninstall the old Magelo Update (Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs).
- (recommended but optional) While in Add/Remove Programs you might as well uninstall any older Java Runtime Environments (JREs) just to keep things tidy.
- Run Magelo Update from the web site (left side bar). This will install a fresh copy of Magelo Update in the right location. It will update the previously incorrect shortcut in the process, too.
Thereafter (until a new java version is released and installed on your system), you can run Magelo Update from the shortcut on your desktop. Enjoy!
FYI: This is effectively what would happen if you follow the stickied JRE post in the Support section. It covers how to keep both Java and Magelo Update happy.

Am having the same problem as Vaddar - Application tries to download but freezes before it finishes. I also have completely removed all old java JREs and reinstalled the newest JRE. I also have Windows XP Home Edition.
