I have paid for and been on magelo for 12 years now - why is my character ID changed - please restore my original ID number!!

My main character Cinexa was always 343918 - now it's not - restore her original number please.

Hi Cinexa, Sorry for the late feedback, I will restore your original ID over the week end. Just to clarify one thing however there is no way that your character has been deleted on its own magically but mistakes happen and I am happy to help

Nothing has been done yet - what is the holdup?! ID 343918 brings up NOTHING on magelo. Please do what you said you were going to do .....it's important and I have not asked for much over the many years I have paid for this service.
