The past few days, maybe since the last patch, my character does not show up on the rankings list. Prior to that it was showing up. I haven't changed any of my privacy settings. I have synced several times. But, still doesn't show up.

Tuleras Registered User uncheck the "authentic" seal on the ranking, you should then see all "silver seal" profiles.
