I'm not sure how my updated EQ client became unsupported. This all started after the early February patch. I've gone as far as uninstalling, and downloading a new client to install.

Hi aamtrey,
Whenever the game patch, their client is therefore unsupported until we patch on our end to cope with the changes. This is a never ending chasing game...
We have just patched Magelo Sync so you should be able to sync your characters now.
