The link to the free trial was visible to me before I created my profile but now it isn't and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

We have retired the free trial a long time ago, it's weird that you were able to see a link to it at some point, look like we forgot to remove a reference somewhere.

That link is on the "My characters" page where you can download the Magelo Sync [ https://eq.magelo.com/characters.jspa ] and is still there but goes to a page that gives the error page: https://eq.magelo.com/trial.jspa "Whoops ! It seems the page you were looking for does not exist or never existed. Please check the address you entered in your browser, maybe you misspelled it. If you think this error is due to a bug go to the forums to get some help." I'm a player coming back to eq after about a decade away. I had an account way back then and my email didn't seem to be connected to an account now. I set up a new one and was happy to see the 10 day free trial, and after a bit of searching discovered it seems to have been retired.
