PLEASE I had to delete babey's wrong update as you never fixed it.
NOW once again I go to update on a new server and once again your system assisgns me another number.
I am begging you to fix Lainiea...her Magelo number is 220870. I went to update my account on Xegony and it again assigned a new number. I would LOVE to keep my original number as it is the one that was assigned to me when I became a PAID suscriber.
I am aware when I go to update Babey, hers too will be hosed up.
My account is due to be renewed soon...could you please fix this before then?
I waited a few years for you to repair Babey;s and it never happened so I deleted hers to start her over. I realize I lost her original number but after all this time I just knew it would never be done.

I am looking into your issue, and sorry again it took so long to get back to you. I am trying to understand why you ended up with a duplicate. When you ran Magelo Sync for the first time on the new server, were you already guilded at that time ?

Yes. I was tagged on Oct 1st and ran update on Oct 5th.

That explain the issue then. When you move to a new server, use Magelo Sync as soon as your character is moved and at least before you get guilded otherwise when a guildmate sync your guild roster, it will create a new character for you.

I will fix your number by tomorrow.
