Messages in topic: Sync reporting successful but nothing updated on web

Added in Artisan's Prize augment to ear and ran Sync. The process reports successful and the website has a new updated date on profile, but items and inventory are still from older sync

Tried to sync again today. I tried moving items around including a different mount. Success message recievd. Checked on web site and a new profile was displayed on the home page for Sputum.
However, my profile remains stuck with items that were sync'd about a month ago.
Help please!

Aha! reading through the logs I found my subscription expired.
You should probably add a more obvious communication of expired subscriptions.
Please close this issue.

Glad you figured it out. You should normally had received a few emails to let you know that your subscription was about to expire or had expired.
