I have a tech ticket dated April 23, 2018 regarding my problem, still no response. I paid for extra slots on my account and only have three accessible . PLEASE RESOLVE

Sorry for the late reply, I dont see any recent payment for extra game slot. The one you are referring to is from 2017.

The slots were paid for 7/9/17 , which means a 12 month subscription for extra slots , I should be able to access them through 7/9/18.Which I am not. I would really like a credit added to my account for slots, thanks./ PJ

Except that you did not pay those extra slots for 360 days but prorata to the time left on your premium membership which was 236 days (the number you see in the parenthesis and the reason why it costed you 17 USD and not 25 USD).

And contrary to your title, you did receive them, they just expired along with your membership and at the time of renewal, you decided to only renew your membership.

Hope it clarifies the matter.
