Greetings.
My guild uses custom ranks, like other guilds do. Today I tried to update with Magelo Sync but keep getting an Error message "Unable to synchronize character".
My character is shown as:
--------------------------------------
Hsishi
Stufe 110 Dieb - antonius null of Age of Unity
Everquest
Letzte Synchronisierung: 2018/09/26 23:23:56
--------------------------------------
Instead of "null" it should say "Raid Support". I guess the patcher didn't get the ranks correctly and therefor can't sync a faulty rank (which is good ).
Also, that nice picture of Firiona Vie covers half the time stamp and the dark red text color is hard to read. I suggest either reformat the output to
------------------------------------
Letzte Synchronisierung:
2018/09/26 23:23:56
------------------------------------
or a better contrasting text color.
Thanks for looking into that.
Regards,
HSishi

Additional to the symptoms above, the timestamps in the Magelo "My Guild" tool and Character Profile View got updated; both show the current rank too.
BUT the gear is not correct - I changed some things (e.g. the "Range" slot) since the timestamp in my initial post.

Today I tried to sync again. This time the client was successful to do the syncs (items etc), but the guild rank is still shown as "null of Age of Unity" within the client.
On profile page everything seems to be correct.

Jep, works now . Thanks alot.
The "Letzte Synchronisierung:" timestamp is still partially unreadable, but that's a cosmetic thing.
