So, I have Premium, and sent in a ticket because of Syncing problems.
Been a few days now ...
No responses to forum post or ticket.
Anyone still working in tech support?

Sorry about that, I need to close that system and have people use the forum for support except for the rare cases when they would need to email me directly.
