It would be nice if the Item display page on items with clicks displayed the reuse time. Ring of Dissipation has a 10 sec reuse time. Feral Guardian Channeler has an 8 hour (28800 second) reuse time. Having a display on Charm slot items with the lore text Tainted Heartstone has a "charmfile" field of "CHRMRareLang". Just displaying that would be enough to get a good idea of requirements
