I've deleted characters from magelo as if keeps trying to sync accounts that are not mine. I've shut down all the accounts and have the 3 opens i want to sync it sync's 2 but the 3rd one gets the message all slots are full.

Is there a time that is needed between deleting and being able to sync?


Update
Been over 6hrs since i removed all the characters and still cannot sync due to it saying all slots are full. Starting to regret subscribing

Hi fizzen,

Resetting your game slots is not an automatic process and deleting all characters from a given game account will not free the corresponding game slot.

You can manually reset your game slots once during the lifetime of your subscription by going to your "My Account" section and clicking the "Reset game slot" link.

Otherwise, you can simply ask and I will be more than happy to help you and reset them for you, which I just did
