Hello all,
I resubbed to premium status on 11/9/2020 and my account status still indicates it is expired. While some of my characters stats, etc have been synced the inventory has not due to, what I suspect is, my expired account status. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

I do see an attempt to renew on Nov 10 but it does not seem from our end that it was actually completed. Can you check that the transaction actually was successful ? Did you use paypal ?

I am sorry, that is my bad as I did not check first to see if the payment actually went through. I did use paypal but I see nothing in the paypal or bank transactions.
I will try it again, thank you for investigating this.
