The player Garnag 115 Berserker has two identical "Endowed Assaulter's Earring of Rallos Zek" the item is lore as well are all the augments socketed into the earring. The player also has an equipped 2hander + a secondary. This character has a stamp of authenticity which states his profile is genuine & not altered manually. This toon has been top of the charts for well over a year practically now & hasn't been fixed yet.

Ya they are abusing a bug ingame to do this. Thanks for the reminder, I will implement some code to detect and filter this out.

This is now fixed, your equipment is now validated even when you sync, previously this was only true when you would do it manually. I have also scanned previously synced characters to validate their gear as well.
