I have been trying for and keep getting the same message
eqgame.exe has been patched, Magelo Sync will be updated soon to support this version.
The website says it has been patched does it still need to be patched or is something on my end?
I found this in the logs:

Just patched Magelo Sync, I did push a tentative patch yesterday but it did not work so I had to disable the game module hence its disappearance from Magelo Sync.
