I'm not sure when it broke, however, I'm unable to authenticate using the client. I can log into the website just fine with the same username and password. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled both versions of java and the Magelo client and still nada.

Also, not sure if related, but if I used the reset password link in the client it comes up with "an error has occurred" message.

Hi,

You are not the first one with that issue and I finally was able to get to the bottom of it.
Please, restart Magelo Sync to get the latest version (5.0.3) and you should be able to log in just fine.

The root of the issue was with the encoding of some special characters. If you were using them, you would not be able to log with the client anymore.
