i am having a problem with my character sync. its syncs 4 of my 6 account but the other 2 wont sync or show up even though i paid $8 for 7 extra slots.. it says 6 of 10 slows used .. but you go to my character screen and it only shows 4.
if i click on the link in the Magelo sync for my LEVEL 125 vahshir BEASTLORD named kingly, it shows up as some level 66 cleric.. not the correct character class or race, and I cant seem to sync it . he doesn't even show up in the "my character" section of the webpage. Kingly

I have even deleted all characters and even re-installed the sync. still wont sync.

Hi,
Let's try to isolate the issue at play. Can you log in just that character / game account and start magelo sync. Is your character being detected ? Can you sync it ?
Please, post your Magelo Sync log as it will give us some clues about what is going on.
