I resubscribed today a few hours ago and still can not see drop info for items. When I click my name in the upper right it appears to log me out. When I log back in and click on My account on the left, it says that I successfully paid today.

Also, I paid today and it says my subscription is only good until 5/9 of next year, which is 5 days short of a year.

I can see the drop info now, however my year is still 5 days short.

Hi,

Glad you can see the drop info without issue now. As for the time on your subscription, as indicated at the time of purchase and on the invoice, this is for 360 days.
