Hi there, since syncing 11/25 and 11/26 my total achievement point has gone down. Ive got 69024 in game and it's showing 68714 in the ranking now. It's off by 310 points. The only thing i can think of is that i have exactly 310 points from all of the epics across my main class and all personas so maybe its not counting those anymore? I havent figured out a way to find achievement points on my magelo profile. I've tried logging out and back in, syncing in different zones and uninstalling and reinstalling the magelo sync program. Everything else including AA and HP updated correctly when i synced. Thanks!

We've had a request for getting personas into Magelo for some time. Here's to hoping Jelan has a chance to work on it!

Personas would be great but that's not the issue here. All personas share achievement totals, so it's the same in game no matter which class I'm on. Magelo sync is simply just not counting some of them that it used to, hence the difference in game and on my Magelo profile. If it was an issue of not counting any achievements from personas, the total would be several thousand less from all of the skill point achievements across the board.
Over the last couple months I've worked hard on getting epic 1.0 , 1.5 , 2.0 and 2.5 on about half of the classes so far. I've been syncing as I've gone and it had been counting them. Recently I synced on the 25th and instead of going up, my achievement score went down by a couple hundred. Kind of disheartening after all the work I put in.

Having the same issue. Sync'd all my characters and none of their achievements are correct. Even the low level characters achievement points are wrong.

sync'd again today and its not updating achievement point total. i dont think it's persona related. Off by 1760 now

Mine is also not working. Would it be possible to get a response that it's being looked at? I don't know how hard things are to do on the coding side but at least would be nice to know it's being addressed. Thank you.

I am now 4000 achievement points behind. Can someone respond that it's being looked at? I don't mean to be rude but we are paying for this service so would be nice to be able to communicate with those we are paying to do said job.

Yes i paused syncing achievements for now, will fix this shortly once the issue with item sync is fixed.
