Hi Celestinekitty,
The reason Magelo Sync didn't manage to update the equipment on your character profile was due to the subscription on your Magelo account being expired. You may wish to manually edit the equipment in the (My characters > Manage > Edit character) section, or to renew your subscription in the (My account) section of the website after logging in.
