During February, Premium purchases were not being immediately updated into the database when credit cards were used. To correct this, our payment platform has been upgraded to a new one that will ensure a faster and bug-free method!
You may also have noticed some periods of downtime in February. We done some hardware maintenance on our servers, and things are running smoothly now!
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience these issues have caused. To compensate the time lost, all current Premium users has been granted 1 additional week.
Please note also that Magelo Sync has been patched yesterday to cope with the Emergency Patch on March 12. Feel free to update your characters now

Hay whats up i cant get support i cant update i cant sync my premium does not run out till oct says error 400 need help but cant get it ????? what you dont want my money well if thats the case and i get no help please refund me and ill do updates old way ??????

Hi Medatrader, would you mind posting the Magelo Sync log file when you get the error please? You can open up the log by pressing Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active.

Hi Medatrader, I've found the bug:
You're logging into your other account, 'Medabear', when you run Magelo Sync. As 'Medabear' is a non-Premium account, you need to log into 'Medatrader' instead to get Premium services with your Synced characters.
If you have set it to auto-login to 'Medabear', you can log out by clicking the green diamond icon at the top left side and selecting 'Offline'. After that you can log into 'Medatrader' normally.
