Greetings.

I have run Sync several times the past two days, yet my profile is not being updated. To clarify: I run Sync, all seems normal. I then view my equipment/inventory from Sync (via the sword button) and everything appears to have updated normally. However, when I view my profile (29277), the only thing that has been updated is the date/time. None of the equipment, inventory, items in bags, coin, etc – none of it has been updated on the profile itself.

Seems the issue with the failure to update was due to an expired Premium subscription. After manually re-subscribing, my profile now updates properly. However, this reveals a different problem. I received an email from Magelo two weeks ago stating my subscription was about to expire. A snippet of that email is as follows:

"Your current Magelo Premium membership will end in one week.
As requested by you, it will be automatically renewed."

That automatic renewal never happened, despite the email indicating it would. Credit card info was still valid, I used the existing bookmarked payment method to manually re-subscribe without any trouble. Appears to be some sort of issue with auto-renewal.

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the support ! I gonna take a closer look at the renewing workflow to understand what happened...
