I created an account in order to establish my character profile. When I press "Sync Now" it would act like it was doing the job and finally return "Your character has been synchronized successfully!" but it would not create the character profile on the web site. Log file was showing the following:
I believe it's setting the available "GAME SLOTS" to 0 (zero) when an account is created. I had to activate my 10-day free trial for it to give me an available game slot to create my profile.

Thanks for your log Briannon. Other members reported the same kind of issue and we are working on a fix. We will keep you posted as soon as you can try again to sync.

Even with zero game slot, it should sync your ID card and you should see your character... I tried to reproduce the issue without much success... Rolled an update that might address the issue, time will tell.

I can see your character Briannon has been synchronized on January 3, so everything sounds ok now
