Couldn't find a search button. When I click a magelo link on this particular computer it tries to open a new page but then I get a popup with a header that says "File Download - Security Warning." Popup then wants me to either save or cancel what it thinks is a new file. The file name is the magelo profile. Anyone seen this before and know of the fix?

Check to make sure HTTP 1.1 is enabled through proxies. Tools-Internet Options-Advanced, use Http 1.1 and use http 1.1 through proxy connections

Sadly that doesn't fix the issue.

Can you try with Firefox 2 to isolate the issue ?

I am having the same problem as the person in this post. It will not let me look at any profiles without bringing up this file download. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like they do not have Java installed to me. Just a thought.

Java is not used by the browser to render profiles. Java (on client machines) is only used by Magelo Update.

Normally, enabling 'http 1.1 through proxy connections' does the trick. But that's an IE setting, only. Warden, what browser are you using and what is its version number? Best results occur if you use Firefox 2.0 or IE 7.

I am using IE 7 and have the HTTP 1.1 through proxy settings turned on.

Works with Firefox. Not sure why it does not with IE 7.
