I have run sync, the profile info in the sync app shows the correct gear, etc.
The online profile from the URL is still showing old gear/stats. Is there an expected delay time, or should it update immediately?

Hi nbakwe,
With a registered account, Magelo Sync will only synchronize your identity and guild info. So you need a Premium membership to fully sync your character automatically. We have a trial offer, that let you try out the Premium for 10 day, so you ca fully sync your character and test the other Premium features. Our holiday special offer is also still running

I have the trial period of the premium fetures and it still shows my old gear.

I dont see any character under this account.. Are you sure you are not syncing on another account ?
