Sorry guys for the bad timing on this one, we have been traveling and it has been challenging so far to patch Magelo Sync. I should be able to get this done by today however (feb 23th). I will keep you posted.

My contribution to this thread is : thanks for the work, guys. It can't be easy getting no cooperation from DBG developers. Clearly this collection of entitled whiners would appreciate more frequent status updates, but with a solid history of comping down time, y'all are cool in my book.

Finally patched, was more painful than anticipated, mainly because we are traveling and does not make things easy... And we got very unlucky with their patch happening the day we were in the plane..

Anyway, this is behind us now, thanks for your patience everyone.

Hmm - it detected the character, guild, guild rank, zone, etc...but it didn't bring in the equipment list.

@Marthisdil Your account shows registered user vs premium, did your account lapse? Need premium to update gear via sync unless you are using the trial.

Was there some kind of ninja patch by eq? Magelo stating game was patched and synch wasn't working for me

Geez, bad luck on our side, one of our server restarted and cached the old version of the EQ module before the new one was updated... This is fixed now.
