I have reistalled the Magelo Update 5 times now and have done the test to see if it is installed correctly ( it says it is ) yet no toons are popping up to even let me Sync. When I do launch Magelo Update it is Version 4.0.5, is this the new one? If now how do I make the New one work? Here is my Log. I had the same issue! Thats what I did: 1. uninstall Magelo 2. clear java cache (every items) 3. remove magelo zertificate 4. go to Magelo website download MU again. Now runs without any issue. I suppose there is something left from Magelo Update 4.0.4 which causes this and other issues. Regards

Is there like, anything said about fixing purity augs? Just seems you gotta make it so it adds purity value to the armor for your scaling system to work.

I did all this, but I still get a message telling me to wait for the update, though I am running 4.0.5. Wish I could just do it manually from the start.

Right now Everquest has been recently patched. As always Magelo Update has to be patched too may your problem will be fixed too.

I'm getting the same, recently patched , same on two systems. Hope it's fixed soon. looks like the DL yesterday had some of the new files for next expansion.... edit: tried dumping java and reinstall: dumped magelo update dumped ie histories.. I still can't get it to work. I reinstalled Java, even. If I click on "Launch" icon from Magelo site, I get a message i don't have permission? (I am the owner and user of the home computer), If I click on the Shortcut on my computer, it gives me an "unable to launch" message. /shrug Also – I can't find any link whatsoever on magelo to "Download" or "Install" Magelo Update.

KK well since last patch of eq I am still getting the "eqgame.exe has been recently changed, magelo will update for this soon" message and has yet to change I cannot sync my toons into database and just wondering when it will be updated to function with the latest patch of eq? yes , have uninstalled reinstalled as other forums have said and still same result, Just paid for a years premuim and was hoping to get my toons on and synced as my guild has put up requirement to do so asap so officers/members have a means to know my progress and whether they have upgrades that may be better then what I have currently lieing round someplace thx, Lady lilluvless of the rathe 61 wizardess<'Fancy Lads'> (your friendly guild wizardess,teleportation extraordanaire/dps queen!) PS- here's a link to my allah profile anyone have any idea where I can get items with similar effects as current but higher mana/hp/ac/ mana regen/ etc. and a higher effect lvl limit such as 70+? want ones that can go in other slots other then range where I can keep the effects I already have just upgraded for my lvling progress as well as equip my new item liring in my bank that ups magic based damge spells without losing my improved damage/spellhaste/mana pres/extended range/ by having to chose to swap my improved damge item in ranged for the magic based one only item? still growin and just trying to maximize my wizardesses potential till she hits 70+ to farm aas with guildies......... tried allah's version of upgrade search but it just shows bigzone rid based upgrades from zones my guildies and myself cannot as yet tread and if we could would not as were still unready for the challenges of such, (Deathknell,anguish,etc.) plus most showed up no trade was hoping for tradeable items upgrades I could get my hands on via purchase or via friends/guildies....

EQ was patched on 8/15 guys. If you had an issue before the patch, you may as well wait till Magelo patches before posting anymore logs, etc.
