Am unable to select any characters to synchonize. No box to check for characters. So although can launch magelol, cannot update characters when eq session is completed. Is there any time frame to fix this issue so my characters can be updated?

I understand if you're having some technical difficulties, but to tell us that the problem is fixed when it's clearly not, is just not a good thing at all. Now please, be honest with us, and tell us when the issue will be fixed. We would all like to update our characters.

I don't think that Jelan knew that the interface was having a problem linking and figured that restoring the connection was enough.

Onetree contacted Jelan directly last time. Maybe can be contacted directly again?
