well as most chanters have posted

1) HP - as previously said , I rarely die for Lack of MANA except Mobs hit hard so MoM drains me .
2) MANA - well we are meant to be a caster class.
3) Avoidance -
4) AA's

There are many discussions varying on SK's on our messageboards. People disagree. I think that it would solve the problem best to allow people to choose what they see, rather than trying to determine it by these discussions.

Sry Bolas, maybe it's just the servers I've been on but getting into a group I've never been asked for my AC. DR has a several 15+k hp knights, but no 3.5k AC ones to my knowledge.

You're obviously an AC tank and there are plenty of HP tanks, HP has always been the stat people ask about due to needing to know about when to heal and how much the heal is going to do.

I honestly think tanks should be able to be ranked by ac/hp default and everyone by AA, casters hp or mana by default.

Btw Boras...here are the SK requirements for YOUR guild on recruitment

Requires: 400 AAs
Hit Points: 10k unbuffed
Recommends:
All defensive AAs.

Good that they're looking for high AC.

Magelo is used a LOT of a recruitment tool, and should have hp filter.

shadowknights are all about ac, so it should define our class.

SK would rank : AC >> AA >> HP

alts
Shammy : HP > MANA > AA
Cleric : MANA > AA > HP
Druid : MANA > AA > HP

warrior hps then ac
paladin hps then ac
shadowknight hps then ac

My main is a warrior so i know what i'm talking about far as that class goes. Also have paladin so i think my thoughts on that class are somewhat informed and far as sk's i dun really care but thats how i filter em. thx!

For the classes I play, of only which Enchanter and Cleric are End-game...

Enchanter: HP first, then Mana.. Enchanter's that go after Mana first, usually end up dead first. heh

Cleric: Mana, then HP (Clerics are all about the healage)

Wizard: Mana, then HP

Magician: Mana then HP

Paladin: AC then HP

Shaman is a toss up and could go either way depending on who plays them.. But I'd say HP then Mana

Warriors: AC then HP

SK: AC then HP

Necromancer: Necro's are another class like Shaman. I play my necro with a 50/50 to each. IE - I'll get an aug that's HP and another aug that's mana. So, IMHO, either would work.

That's all the classes I play.. Dont know about the others.

I'm not an officer of the guild shrug. Officers set the requirements.

I'd love to require 3.5k ac for apps, but that's not realistic, since nobody's gonna have that.

10k hp is fairly easy to get – qvic level stuff – anything less than that and you won't be able to survive the aoe's. We figure anyone that doesn't have around that amount of hp, they don't know enough about raiding to have raid gear and don't play enough to get DOD gear.

To actually do the off-tanking job and not be a mana sponge, you're gonna need ac. But we do a good job gearing up our apps, so we're not too worried about that. They'll end up as good (i.e. high ac) tanks within a month or two, and meanwhile they'll have enough hp to survive until they're actually useful.

For Rogues i would like something like Ratios of Main and Offhand. Rogues differ most by Weaponry. Accuracy should factor in too.

HP and Spell/DoT/Shielding are more means to survive the Encounter. I Like the Shieldings more than pure HP, but thats more personal Preference.

Enchanter:

1) HP
2) I'd probably go with Mana. If not Mana, AAs. I'd suggest avoidance if it weren't so easy to cap out.
